Residual Touch

2025

Makey Makey microcontrollers, computer, suitcase, tin foil, objects that embeds memories, Arduino, wires, modelling clay

By linking touch, sound, and visualized sensory response, the work transforms memory from abstract narrative into an immediate, physiological experience. It asks whether memory is confined to consciousness and language or whether it is already encoded in the sensory system and reactivated with every touch. This interactive translation of experience makes the invisible visible and turns each encounter into a unique bodily reflection of personal and collective histories.
